A successful pool project comes from good decisions made in the right order.
Concept Pools Australia supports you from the first conversation through site planning, design, approvals, construction and handover. You will understand what is happening now, what comes next and when your input is needed.
The exact pathway varies with the site and scope. A new concrete pool, an integrated spa and a pool renovation may each involve different technical details, but the same approach applies: clear communication, experienced coordination and attention to the finished result.

Each stage has a clear purpose, with practical advice and experienced oversight along the way.

Initial conversation
We start by listening. Tell us what you hope to create, how you want to use the pool, your preferred features, timing and budget. We will answer early questions and explain the best next step.

Site visit
One of our experienced owners meets you at your property to understand the home, access, levels, landscape and opportunities. This is where practical knowledge begins to shape the right direction.

Design and quote
We develop a pool concept around your site and priorities, then prepare a clear proposal. You can review the design, inclusions and costs with us before deciding how to proceed.

Agreement and selections
Once the design and proposal feel right, we confirm the contract and begin planning the project in detail. Key finishes, equipment and other selections are coordinated at the appropriate stage.

Engineering and approvals
We coordinate the required engineering, set out information and supporting reports. The approval pathway may involve a Complying Development Certificate or a Development Application and Construction Certificate, depending on the project.

Construction
Your pool moves through excavation, structural work, concrete, finishes, equipment and the final interior. Our team coordinates the sequence and keeps you informed as the build progresses.

Fill, balance and handover
After the interior is complete, the pool is filled and the water is balanced. We explain the equipment, everyday operation and the maintenance routine so you can feel confident from day one.

Your first swim
The project is complete, and the pool is ready to become part of home life. It is time to swim, relax and enjoy the space you created.

The build takes shape

Once approvals are in place, construction follows a planned sequence. Timing can vary with the design, site conditions, weather, selected finishes and coordination with other work at your home.We keep you informed as the pool moves from excavation and structure through finishes, equipment, filling and final handover.
